User-created continuity

Preferences, avoidances, familiar choices, saved experiences, preparation notes, and similar information are retained while needed to provide the continuity the user chose to keep. Users can remove information using available Klabbo controls or request deletion through support.

Account information

Basic account and authentication information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed to secure the service. When an account-deletion request is completed, account-linked personal information is removed from ordinary product use, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup requirements.

Calendar information

Klabbo Health reads limited upcoming calendar information only after authorization to help identify an appointment. The current experience is not intended to become a separate permanent copy of a user’s full Google Calendar.

Menu images and processing

Menu images are processed only to support menu reading and organization. Third-party processing may have its own short-lived technical logs or retention rules. Klabbo does not intentionally retain a user’s menu image longer than needed for the requested workflow unless the user-facing feature clearly says otherwise.

Voice processing

Information needed to generate or process voice may pass through a specialized provider. Provider retention depends on the Klabbo account configuration and the provider’s applicable service terms. Klabbo should keep those settings aligned with the privacy commitments published for the product.

Support and Founding Experience records

Messages, feedback, program responses, and support records may be kept while needed to respond, improve the beta experience, document decisions, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. They are not used as a substitute for the user’s private continuity record.

Backups and security records

Deletion from the active service does not necessarily erase every backup copy instantly. Cloud providers may retain encrypted backups and security logs for limited periods. Those copies are restricted from ordinary product use and age out according to applicable provider and Klabbo retention processes unless a legal or security obligation requires longer retention.

Deletion requests

Send access, correction, account-deletion, or personal-data-deletion requests to support@klabboexp.com. Klabbo may verify identity before acting on a request. We will not promise an exact deletion window until the beta deletion workflow and provider backup schedules have been operationally verified end to end.
