Who we are

Klabbo LLC (“Klabbo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is developing an experience continuity platform designed to help people bring forward information about what worked for them in recurring real-world situations. This Privacy Policy applies to klabboexp.com, Klabbo early-access activities, and Klabbo applications and services that link to this policy.

Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, interests, messages, early-access responses, support requests, and other information you submit directly to us.

When Klabbo application features are available, we may also process account information, preferences, saved experiences, voice or text inputs, selected items, preparation notes, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We will describe material changes before introducing new categories of collection.

Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google account, Klabbo will request only the permissions needed for the feature you select. For the planned Health calendar feature, Klabbo is intended to read limited upcoming calendar event information that you authorize so it can help you prepare for an appointment. Klabbo is not intended to create, edit, or delete calendar events unless that capability is clearly introduced later and separately authorized by you.

Google user data will be used only to provide or improve the user-facing feature you requested, maintain security, comply with law, and support the service. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

You can revoke Klabbo’s Google access through your Google Account permissions. You may also contact support@klabboexp.com to request assistance or deletion.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, manage early-access participation, provide and improve Klabbo, personalize user-controlled continuity features, communicate about requested opportunities, secure and troubleshoot our systems, meet legal obligations, and protect users and Klabbo.

How we share information

We may use service providers that process information on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, cloud infrastructure, authentication, communications, analytics, and security providers. Current website form submissions are processed through Formspree and routed to Klabbo. Embedded YouTube content is provided by Google and may process data under Google’s own policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

Health-related information

Klabbo Health is intended to support user-controlled preparation and continuity. It is not a medical provider, does not provide medical advice, and is not an emergency service. Do not use Klabbo to contact emergency services. Where health-related information is processed, we will apply safeguards appropriate to the feature and our legal obligations. A reference to HIPAA readiness or security planning does not mean every Klabbo interaction is governed by HIPAA.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the service, honoring user choices, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@klabboexp.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send highly sensitive information through the public website contact form.

Children

Klabbo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.

International use

Klabbo is based in the United States. If you access Klabbo from another country, information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Klabbo develops. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
